There are multiple free parking areas adjacent to the park. I usually park in the lot off E Lincoln Street near the playground.

Accessibility
The trail in Halleck Park Arboretum is not accessible, as the pavement is broken and uneven in spots. But the trail through the main part of Halleck Park (around the fishing “lake”) is fully accessible.
