Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club opened in 2024 — no membership needed. They’ve taken a modern approach to supper club classics for brunch and dinner. They offer an almost entirely scratch kitchen.
Parking
Hilton Omaha has an attached paid parking garage that you can park in. Enter the garage off Cass Street. Remember to bring your parking ticket with you! You’ll need to pay for parking before you leave the hotel. There’s a kiosk near the elevators right next to the parking garage where you can pay for parking. (You cannot pay at the parking garage exit.)

Typical Attire
I saw people wearing nicer casual clothes — jeans or slacks with a sweater or blouse, etc. As always though, wear what you like and what you feel comfortable in!
Accessibility
There are no steps to get inside Nick’s Quorum. All of the tables (minus the bar height tables) are at an accessible height while using a wheelchair.
